Membership NBs:

- We recommend 2 to 4 workouts a week.
- Each membership bills monthly and automatically renews for 1mo, 3mos, or 6mos unless you cancel with your membership on your MindBody Account online, or send us an email at least 15 days before renewal.
- Partner Memberships can be started by any two people, but only one account will be charged for the discounted memberships (i.e., the charge can’t be split between the two accounts.) Contact us to start one.
Trial = $39
The trial includes unlimited Semi-Private sessions and Group Workouts, for 2 weeks from the day of purchase. You can even bring a friend to any of your workouts. Email us to schedule your first session!
