Sweat class is a fast, vigorous, movement-based workout. Paced to melt fat, burn calories, and transform your body through ability. Want to get lean? Want to “tone trouble spots”? Want to run circles around your collegiate body? Want transformation fast? Get off the machines, ditch the hamster wheels, leave the isometric burn to the 1980s, and practice full-body movements with us.

Complete movement means learning to move with and without tools. Sweat combines bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, sandbags, ropes, boxes, and mats into a vigorous workout. Combine a thoughtful warm up and a breath-led cool down, lose the filler exercises and distractions, et voila: complete movement meal.
