Did you know that personal training statistically does the worst job of keeping people in shape and in a movement habit? That’s why we’ve changed our training model, too. We’ll track your progress every month and encourage trying Group Workouts, Workouts Hours, or outdoor sessions once you’ve got some good movement and momentum under your (tighter) belt.

Personal training shouldn’t be a permanent commitment. Our Semi-Private and 1-on-1 training will get you over that first big hump and then get you moving into the next chapter!
