Workout Hours give you dedicated space and this month’s Blackboard Workouts, ready to go. Blackboard Workouts are about 20 minutes (plus warm up and cool down), good for solo or buddies, and are built with the current movement menu, so what you do in Sweat and Strength, and Flow will give you the skills to get done a quick, challenging, complete workout.

Just because you are short on time, doesn’t mean your workout needs to be short on value. Don’t do one more mediocre workout at the gym: get here and use real movement for a real workout!

And place and people and focus matters. Living room are unsustainable, gyms are uninspired. No wasted time, no wondering what to do, so bring a friend and get down to it.

Workout Hours share space with Semi-Private Workouts and are for members or pack holders who have attended at least 10 Group Workouts. Wonder whether you can start coming? Ask us!
NB: Confirmed reservations for any 6am session must be made by 10pm the night before. Otherwise, we might sleep in, too!
