Fresh air and camaraderie. And only as far as the group is able (usually ~3 miles , depending on weather and who’s with us!). New and returning runners are welcome and encouraged. Even if you don’t know if you can run a mile: you are welcome. We’ll help you get there and back again. Need goals? Many are regularly signed up for 5Ks, 10Ks, obstacle courses, and other fun races.
Curious about the hullabaloo around barefoot and minimalist running? Ask us how to do it safely and effectively. And yes, you can keep your shoes on (most of us do!).
