Group Training
The Complete Movement Diet.
Our workouts are dynamic, vigorous, and movement-based. We practice the movement patterns that build all movement ability: dance, yoga, weight lifting, gymnastics, tumbling, martial arts, sports. Each session builds strength, stamina, mobility, and natural movement skill. There’s not a screen or a tape recording telling you what do, or a follow-the-leader bootcamp/group-ex cheerleader. We work out as a team with a coach. We crawl, throw, lift, run, jump, roll, climb, squat, swing, punch, kick and more. We train to be naturally lean, universally able, and healthy. Our workouts build your foundation to you better and ready for anything, physically or mentally. And we just happen to have a blast while we’re at it!
A Complete Movement Diet also means learning to move with and without weights. We combine bodyweight, weights, medicine balls, sandbags, ropes, boxes, bars, punching bags, yoga mats, and more. Everything we do has a purpose, a goal; there are no fluff exercises no wasted shimmies or contortions. We increase your natural movement capacity, for athletics, dance, endurance sports, or just to turn up the volume in your daily life. We build your capacity for miles without adding mileage!

Small Group (1-5 people, levels I & II)

Group (up to 15 people, level II)

corps
corps (pronounced “core”) is about practicing next level skills and whole-body strength from the core out. These workouts will still bring the heat with with strength and sweat, but will up your movement ante: more bodyweight patterns, gymnastics, tumbling, climbing, suspension, and kettlebell and club patterns. Perfect off-day workout between strength | power | stamina.
g-fense
Martial movements are some of the purest expressions of whole body power. But most cardio kickboxing classes might as well be Jazzercise.
